It was soo nice for the sun to make an appearance this morning, and after lots of rainy home days this week it felt good to get out and walk along the seafront. There were still plenty of puddles for splashing in! The little mosaics were from a human sundial we found walking back through the park.
I do hope this sunshine sticks around for a little while!
Lovely photos Caroline, we had a dry morning too, thought not exactly sunny. Was hoping it was going to last for a while but it is bucketing down now! It must be so lovely to live by the sea, we have a lovely harbourside but as it's an estuary it's really not the same. Hope you're having a nice week. Rachel xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Rachel. Yes it is nice living close to the beach even though it's all pebbles! I come from the I.O.W and really miss the sandy beaches there. Hope the weather brightens up near you xx
DeleteI love that shot on the skateboard ramp! And I'm very jealous of you living by the sea too. x
ReplyDeleteThanks Jen, he loved it on there. Kept trying to run up and sliding back down on his tummy. x
DeleteMe too jealous of the sea! Great pics! Less rain up here but weather could be better! Jxx
ReplyDeleteThanks Jo. Hopefully the rain will stay away for the weekend, it's nice to get out and about. xx
ReplyDeleteLovely pics Caroline. It's pretty spesh to live by the seaside.
ReplyDeleteJo :)
thanks Jo, it's funny I have always been close to the sea wherever i have lived, so I guess I take it for granted! But I do always feel better for a walk along seafront and the kids love it. xx
DeleteWhat gorgeous photos you take! Love all your vintage purchases/finds too - lovely :) xx
ReplyDeleteI would love to live by the sea. Unfortunately, I live in Birmingham lol.
