We are moved and unpacked (mostly!) It seems to have been so much harder moving this time than I remember from previous house moves. I guess we have an extra little person this time and also the last time we moved it was from a small flat and we just didn't have the space to accumulate stuff in a loft or garage. Anyhow we are getting there, gradually putting everything in its new place and it's so nice to finally be in our new home.
Today we have spent the whole day in our new garden enjoying the gorgeous sunshine. The kids loved picking flowers and blowing the dandelions from our overgrown garden and Elizabeth made a nice floral perfume which she has left to brew overnight. I think I might be expected to try this out tomorrow!
Oh that is so sweet and your pictures are amazing - captured so beautifully.
ReplyDeleteSo glad the move went well and new adventures.

ReplyDeleteYour photos are so amazing, how do you get them to look so retro? I would love to learn how to do this better on my blog. And reading this post brings back so many memories of the perfumes I used to make as a little girl. Really inspiring blog, thanks for sharing snippets of your family life, great to read on a friday evening. xx
