A visit to the nearby duck pond to feed the ducks. It feels like proper Autumn now, the trees looked so pretty with the sun shining through all the colourful leaves. We collected a few for crafting with later. Archie found a little wheel by the skate ramp at the park which amused him for ages, rolling it up and down the sides and trying to catch it!

DeleteI love your photos so much Caroline! I wanted to go Autumn leaf collecting today but it had been raining and they were all wet and slimy...next crisp dry day we get we'll be in the park looking for the golds and reds! Saw a lovely craft idea the other day (yes, on Pinterest, I'm terrible!) - sticking leaves to a cardboard crown, looked like fun. Did Archie keep the wheel? My boys love to bring their tresures home, I've got a house full of random tat found in the park! xx
ReplyDeleteAh thank you Rachel. Yes they were still a bit wet yesterday, not very crunchy! That sounds like a good idea, I like that one! Might have to get on there and look for some Autumn craft ideas, it is great for crafty inspiration to do with the kids. Yes he took the wheel home, there was no way he was leaving that treasure behind! xx
DeleteLove the photos - all stunning!
