A sunny afternoon exploring in the park. We searched for conkers but I think we were a little too late as there were none to be found! There were lots of squirrels, being very brave to come so close in the hope that we had some food for them. Next time we shall have to remember to take some monkey nuts!

    We have no conkers either though I am hoping to score some chestnuts when I head to my parents at the end of this month.

    Gorgeous autumnal images - you make me want to wrap up warm and head out there.....to see what I can find. Though the squirrels are way too crafty ( and quick) for me to capture the as beautifully as you have.

    You always take such lovely photos Caroline; you've captured Archie's excitement well in the 2nd pic. I love the shots of him mid air and the one of Elizabeth looking through the end of the bench. So sweet. Those squirrels got up close didn't they? x
