Collections...

Some of the treasures we have collected lately... feathers, seed pods, conkers, leaves, beach pottery, stones with holes, a piece of jigsaw and an army figure!

Each month I'm photographing the bits and pieces we pick up when we're out and about. A way of documenting all those special finds from our adventures, or just from the garden!

Please do join in if you'd like to share your found collections too, I'd love to see them.

  1. I spy a piece of blue pottery!!! My little collection has been steadily growing this summer. Lovely display. As always.

  2. How beautiful they look altogether. I like the pebbles (shells?) with holes in, and the delicate duck-egg blue sphere as well. What pretty finds. And I really like to see your different collections side by side, they look so impressive like that. CJ xx

  3. What a beautiful collection! One of my children is a collector. Unfortunately I usually only see them after they have been through the wash. Kate

  4. Good collection. Is the jigsaw piece from your house, or is there a poor jigsaw enthusiast whose newest junk shop find will remain incomplete?

  9. Beautiful, beautiful. I have a bag full of "treasure" collected from all our walks down south last week, and I keep meaning to do something with it before I find it in a year's time and go "what the hell is this bag of sandy pine cones doing in the cupboard?" You have inspired me to capture it on camera, at least! xx
